At the heart of the Obama health care package is an amendment forwarded by Percival Fitzplastic Flamingo, IV, the ranking Democrat flamingo from California, to include all lawn flamingos, not just American flamingos. Says Percival, “after health care for plastic flamingos passes we will work on opening our borders to all lawn flamingos, even skelemingos.”
